Who Is Able to Join the Free Singapore Tours?
To join a Free Singapore Tour from Changi Airport, you have to meet these rules:
- You need to be going through or changing flights at Changi Airport.
- Your checked bags should be going to your last stop.
- Your wait time needs to be at least 5.5 hours and no more than 24 hours. Your flight times should work with the tour times.
- You need to have enough time to get off the plane and get to where you sign up.
- Travelers can only leave and come back to Singapore one time during their wait, based on the rules from Singapore's immigration office.
How to Sign Up to Do a Free Changi Airport Tour:
You can book one tour choice up to fifty days before your travel day. You can also sign up in person at the tour desks in the transit area, if there are spots open.
When you get to Changi Airport, stay in the transit area and don't go through Arrival Immigration. You can find the Free Singapore Tour desks at:
- Terminal 2: Level 2, Departure Transit Hall (Near Gate F50), from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Terminal 3: Level 2, Departure Transit Hall (Near Gates A1-A8), from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

To sign up for the tour, have these papers ready:
- Your passport
- Boarding passes
- Confirmation that you booked the tour
- A visa that works (if needed)
- If you can join will depend on Singapore's rules for getting into the country.
Where Is It Possible to Keep Your Carry-On Bags?
Travelers with big carry-on bags, alcohol, or things from duty-free shops must leave them at a place to store bags in the transit area before going on the tour. You will have to pay. You can't store electronic devices; you have to bring them with you on the tour.

Take a walk in the Civic District, look at the Marina Bay skyline, and pause to photograph the Merlion and Marina Bay Sands. You'll also walk through Gardens by the Bay and look at the well-known Supertrees. If you want, you can ride a garden cruiser for an additional cost.
Singapore River And Marina Bay Sands Tour: This free tour lasts two and a half hours, and it features a walk by the Singapore River and a visit to the beautiful Marina Bay Sands. People can choose to pay extra for a boat ride through Marina Bay if there are available spots.
Heritage And Culture Tour: This tour takes two and a half hours and shows the different cultures that make up Singapore. Check out the busy areas of Chinatown and Kampong Gelam, take photos of old buildings, and watch how people live there. You can also choose to pay to go to a special gallery that shows how people lived in Singapore in the 1950s.
