Infinix has introduced the Smart 20 in India as its newest affordable smartphone. This phone has a thickness of 7.7mm and a back that has a 3D texture. It features a display measuring 6.78 inches, a MediaTek Helio G81 Ultimate processor, and a battery capacity of 5,200mAh. Additionally, Infinix has added Ultra Link capabilities, allowing for offline calls and messages over short distances. It also includes AI tools powered by the Folax voice assistant. The Smart 20 operates on Android 16 with XOS 16 on top and will be available for purchase in India later this month. The starting price for the Infinix Smart 20 in India is Rs. 12,499 for the version with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, while the 4GB RAM and 128GB model is priced at Rs. 13,999. The phone comes in four color choices: Cloudline Blue, Polaris Titanium, Shadow Black, and Sunlike Orange. The company has also announced bank promotions offering up to Rs. 500, although further details are still to come. This smartphone will be available in India from June 12 on Flipkart.
The Infinix Smart 20 features a 6.78-inch HD+ (720×1576 pixels) IPS LCD screen that supports up to a 120Hz refresh rate and can reach a brightness of up to 700 nits. The display has a screen-to-body ratio of 90.09 percent, includes an Always-On Display, and can respond to wet and oily fingers. It also has a Dynamic Bar feature.

The company claims that the device has a fluency certification lasting 48 months. The Infinix Smart 20 comes pre-installed with Android 16 and XOS 16. It features a One-Tap Infinix AI, which is supported by the Folax voice assistant and can understand Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, and Marathi. By long-pressing the power button, users can access various AI tools such as AI Writing, AI Studio, AI Eraser, AI Extender, document scanning, song identification, Speaker Cleaner, AI Wallpaper Generator, and scheduling options. For photography, the Infinix Smart 20 has an 8-megapixel rear camera with autofocus and an f/2.0 aperture, as well as an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls. Camera functions include Super Night Mode, Dual Video, Vlog Mode, Portrait Mode, Panorama, Pro Mode, Time-Lapse, Wide Selfie, AI Camera, and document scanning capabilities. The rear camera setup includes a dual LED flash.

The Infinix Smart 20's dimensions are 167.7×78.8×7.7mm, and it weighs 189g. It has a composite rear panel with a 3D texture and has an IP64 rating for dust and water protection, claiming it can survive drops from heights of up to 1.5m after passing over 25,000 durability tests.
