Bajaj Auto had hinted at new versions of the Dominar 400 and Dominar 250, and now they are available. The Dominar 250 starts at Rs 1.92 lakh (before taxes), and the Dominar 400 costs Rs 2.39 lakh (before taxes). The updates include new features, more touring accessories, and changes to make both bikes more comfortable. Many of these updates are the same for both models. Both Dominars now have Rain, Road, Sport, and Off-Road riding modes. These modes change how the bike responds and how the ABS works to help the rider. Also, the Dominar 400 now has electronic throttle control. The Dominar 250 still uses a cable for the throttle and has four ABS modes.

Another big change is that both Dominar models now have the same digital screen as the Pulsar NS400Z. This is a color screen with bonded glass that shows the speed and works with new buttons. Bajaj says they have also changed the handlebars to make long rides more comfortable.

They can use their GPS or phones for navigation. The bikes' inner workings are unchanged. The Dominar 400 still uses a 373 cc liquid-cooled, one-cylinder engine, making 39 hp at 8,800 rpm and 35 Nm at 6,500 rpm, and has a six-speed gearbox. Similarly, the Dominar 250 is still powered by a 248 cc liquid-cooled, one-cylinder engine that puts out 26 hp at 8,500 rpm and 23 Nm at 6,500 rpm. It also has a six-speed transmission.
